All weekday workouts are 45 minutes long and begin at 5:15 a.m.
Monday- Rotary Park
Tuesday- Carteret Community College
Wednesday- West Carteret High School Track
Friday- West Carteret High School Track
1st Saturday of each Month: The Breakfast Club
1 hour workout followed by breakfast hosted by one of our FiA members

February Breakfast Club
Join us at Fort Macon beach access parking lot for a run or ruck, your choice. We will begin at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 9:30 a.m. This is a workout for all fitness levels. All woman welcome! Bring a weighted pack if you plan to ruck. I will also have a couple extra available.
Our first monthly breakfast club for the year 2020 will take place on Feb. 1st. Stay tuned for more information.
